Manhattan Garden City Price Increase
Posted on Jul 26 2008 | Filed in: Metro Manila, Quezon City
Looks like the rising gas prices has increased demand for Quezon City condos which have a convenient and central location, such as the Manhattan Garden City in the Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City.
Yes, there’s going to be a price increase…
I’ve just received a text message from Mr. Randee Salaya (Manhattan-RandeeSalaya@1PhilippineRealEstate.com) that they increased prices by 5% last July 1, 2008.
Here’s the kicker: There is the possibility of another 10% to 15% price increase between mid-August 2008 and September 1, 2008.
No wonder people are scrambling to get a prime unit at MGC.
And check out this June 2008 update from Ms. Jenny Trinidad (Manhattan-JennyTrinidad@1PhilippineRealEstate.com):
We have started selling the first three towers, phase 1 (Manhattan Parkway Residence) in July 2006.
Tower 1 was fully sold out last December 2006 (total no. of units 420)
Tower 2 SOLD OUT
Tower 3 SOLD OUT.
Construction for Towers 1 is now on its 18th level
Tower 2 is on its 2nd floor level of construction
Tower 3 has its mat foundation ready and is set for vertical progress of construction.
Completion for these first 3 towers will be in the year 2011.Manhattan Parkway, the first 3 towers has 28-storey floor levels each, with –
BASEMENT parkings 1 & 2.
GROUND LEVEL for commercial purposes (being handled by the Aranetas).
2ND & 3RD levels for parking units, too.
CONDO UNITS start at the fourth level, being surrounded by garden and amenities as well.We are at the moment, selling 20 units left of the total 440 units in Tower 2 (31-storey) of Manhattan Parkview, phase 2.
While some 230 units were already sold-out of the total 450 units in Tower 3 (33-storey) of Manhattan Parkview, phase 2.
As you can see from the above June 2008 update, MGC units are selling quite fast. It would be better if you get in touch with either Randee or Jenny, so that you can narrow down your Top 3 choices, in terms of the Unit and the Floor. This way, you can get a more accurate estimate of the cost of the unit.
If you can make a shortlist of potential units, then Randee or Jenny can quickly provide you with cost info, and you can make a decision before someone else buys the unit that you like at the Manhattan Garden City.
(You might notice the recent posts about MGC here in this blog. That’s an indication of how popular those Cubao condo towers are. Anyway, please use those email addresses because that’s the fastest way to communicate with them. Thanks!)
