FYI! The PRomo for 1br of P15,000/month ist yr then P20,000 then 25,000 and so on is the same, no matter what floor or what size the 1br you are getting. If you got the payment option with downpayment sir ,you get discounts. But if you just made advance payments,assuming it’s a NO DOWNPAYMENT option, you don’t get discounts po.

they are currently priced at P3.4M to P4M for 36.5sq.m. to 40sq.m.m studios and P5 to 6M for 50sq.m. to 65sq.m. one bedroom flat and loft units.
