Shaw Residenza

Shaw Residenza is a 23-storey residential condominium located at 429 Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City. They’re positioning themselves as the first all-loft condominium residential condo in Mandaluyong.
There are two towers: one facing the Makati Skyline, and the other facing the Wack Wack Golf course and Antipolo.
The 2BR 70 sqm (750 sq feet) loft-type units are designed to give you generous ceiling height. The units also come with two full bath areas, a living area, kitchen and dining area, and a utility / maid’s room.
The units range from P3.4 million to P3.7 million, which comes out to an affordable P50,000 per square meter.
Eton Emerald Lofts

Eton Emerald Lofts in the Ortigas Center (sometimes also known as Eton Residences Ortigas) is being positioned as the first all-loft condominium in Ortigas. The 41-storey twin tower residential condominium is bounded by Emerald, Sapphire, and Garnet Streets.
There are 1BR (33 to 43 sq m) and 2BR (55 to 100 sq m) all-loft units available, and the prices I’ve seen so far range from P2.1 million to P6.0 million. There will be a retail area at the ground level where you’ll find establishments such as a coffee shop, drugstore, and a grocery, among others.

The Eton Emerald Lofts is a project of Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. (A member of the Lucio Tan group of companies), and rises on top of a 3,422 sq meter lot owned by PNB.
