South Lake Village – Eton City

Eton City is the key project of Eton Properties Philippines, Inc., found in Sta. Rosa Laguna, and is seen to be the new Makati of the South. Eton City (formerly Asia Brewery) has an area of about 1,000 hectares along South Luzon Expressway at Greenfield Exit and only 40 minutes from Makati. This project will have residential communities, a world-class business district, a golf course, and a wide range of residential and resort-like facilities.

Eton Properties Philippines, Inc (a member of the Lucio Tan group of companies) launches the first residential island lot development in the Philippines: South Lake Village at Eton City.
