Lindenwood Residences in Susana Heights invites you to live the charmed life. This 21-hectare residential subdivision gives you picturesque views while its verdant trees offer you a protective canopy from the sun’s heat.
Open House:
June 2, 2007 (Saturday) 1pm to 5pm
June 9, 2007 (Saturday) 9am to 5pm
The estimated completion date is early 2008. The available units range from P1 million to P4 million (prices subject to change without prior notice).
Lindenwood Residences is being marketed as a place that is cool:
There are mature trees. A quick tour of various subdivisions will show you how hot it can be, especially when there are hardly any trees around. While some communities offer some amount of shade, I’m hoping this new project will live up to the expectation of heat relief. Afterall, who wants to be locked in an airconditioned room, right?
A cool breeze wafts in from Laguna de Bay. Sounds reasonable. Wherever you find people living near fairly large bodies of water, you find a more or less moderate kind of weather.
According to Mr. Tani Palomo (+639178430111), they’re selling only lots at the moment. The price per square meter ranges from P10,000 to P12,000 while the lot areas range from 300 sq m to 500 sq meters.
Model houses are slated for construction starting November 2007, which means the estimated completion date is sometime in Feb 2008.
The Master Plan
- The road network designed to respect (as much as possible) the existing trees.
- Mostly laid out parallel to the terrain, with moderate gradients
- Wide roads can accommodate on street parking
- Location of lots take advantage of the given views
- Layout maximizes the possible house footprint
- Some blocks of downhill lots are provided with drainage easement to allow toilet and baths be located below the street levels (lower ground floors) without requiring pumps.
- Design Guidelines/Deed of Restrictions ensure the quality and design harmony of the future residences of Lindenwood
Amenities
- The Clubhouse-The clubhouse area is located at the end of the main road with a panoramic view from the approach. The half-moon porte cochere provides an appropriate entry to the porch.
- Two (2) function rooms of 160 square meters each are provided on both sides of the 100 square meter lobby, all with excellent views of the pool below
- Toilet and bath facilities are conveniently located below the function rooms, adjacent to the pool deck.
- A pantry kitchen/food preparation area is provided to support indoor and outdoor functions in the clubhouse
Sports and recreation
- Lap pool of 250 square meters (25 meters long by 10 meters wide)
- 2 Kiddie pool of 30 square meters
- Full size basketball court
- 4 Playground
- Greenbelt. Existing waterways within Lindenwood with a combined length of 430 meters are transformed to linear parks and greenbelts as added amenity. A landscape greenbelt of 670 meters long with undulating slopes is provided along the entire western boundary of Lindenwood.
- The streetscape (landscape, lighting and street furniture) and sidewalk provides ideal condition for walking and jogging. The sidewalk’s shall have a continuous elevation since the driveways to the future carports and garages will respect the finished elevation of the sidewalk fronting the lot.
