I am interested in Morgan Suite I
kindly let me know the followings:
1) I like a studio unit at the most upper top floor, corner unit (penhouse) prefer morning sun (optional)
2) I want to know whether whether the unit is at the same level with the swimming pool or i have to take a elevator?
3) Are the corner unit have all-around windows (ceiling to floor windows)
4)What is the highest floor for Morgan suites I?
5) What levelis the swimming pool.
6) When is the turn-over? RFO?
7) Turn-over financing, what is the interest rates?
8) I understand you give discount for pre-selling PLUS less discount for post dated cheques?
